In this episode I talk all things sleep, with sleep specialist Dr. David Cunnington.

Dr. Cunnington studied in both Australia and in the USA at Harvard Medical School, allowing him to have international qualifications in sleep medicine. He is an expert commentator for a variety of sleep disorders including sleep apnea, narcolepsy and restless leg syndrome.

Dr. Cunnington strives to educate the public on the importance of sleep health through research and advocacy. Rather than resorting to medication, Dr. Cunnington treats his patients through behavioural and psychological treatments.

David is the co-director of Melbourne Sleep Disorders Centre, he also has writes regular blogs for the The Sleep Hub & has his own podcast called Sleep Talk.
